      <image:caption>I operate from a health at every size (HAES) framework. This means I do not believe weight is the most important determinant of your health. Rather, our health and well-being is multi-faceted and encompasses a mix of physical, social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual factors. Concentrating on weight creates a barrier to our intuition and shifts our focus away from our internal cues (hunger, fullness, and how food makes us feel), and what our body truly needs. At its core, HAES promotes respect of all bodies - in every shape and every size. In my practice, I embrace and respect body diversity and I believe everyone should feel safe, comfortable, and at peace in their body.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Over the years, I found healing through intuitive eating and collected other tools and techniques that have helped me increase self-awareness and reconnect with my body’s wisdom. This process is as healing for body image issues and disordered eating as it is for the changes and challenges that come along with parenthood and other tough transitions in life. Through years of training as a health coach and therapist I have learned that there is a lot we can do to free ourselves from negative thought patterns and self-doubt. We can learn to feel free to trust ourselves and live a life that is aligned with our true values. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching Netflix, practicing yoga, hiking with my husband, son and dog, eating ice cream and fresh sourdough bread.</image:caption>
